Daniel was admitted to the California Bar in 2012. Daniel graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law with a Juris Doctor (JD). Upon completion of his JD degree, Daniel obtained his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M. Taxation) from the University of San Diego.
Daniel was part of the first graduating class of the University of California, Merced in 2009, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a minor in Psychology.
Daniel is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States Tax Court.
