But what I found is that they are close minded, jaded by their own past history and current step kid and coparent troubles, and the lack of compassion once hired shows. >>>NOT a “free consultation” as stated on the website. Once you retain this firm, if you don’t go through with the “strategy” advised by Dimitry, they will charge you for that “free consultation”. And mind you, his rate is TOO HIGH based on the services provided. There are plenty of attorneys out there that will charge much less and provide better quality work and services. For my case, the strategy advised was not able to be followed through with because the coparent I am going through issues with did not want to participate in it. To save money, I decided to ask my coparent directly if he would be willing to follow the strategy recommended by my lawyer, and he said no. Based on this, the consultation (no further legal services needed) should have been free, but Dimitry and his wife did not want to entertain it and did not stick to their word. They would rather have Dimitry get paid $465/hr to reach out to opposing counsel and my ex to incur costs (only to get a “no thank you” when asked to follow his strategy) - how CROOKED!! Instead, they would rather sip bottles of Dom and buy expensive clothing then help clients and unethically make money off of our troubles. BIG MISTAKE to go with them. As a hard-working person who has dealt with Customer Service for over 20 years in a compassionate and genuine way, I’m appalled by this experience. Keep shopping folks - this is your family and your livelihood at stake!! Best to you!

I don’t think I can put into words how grateful I am to Mr. Erudaitius. He went above and beyond the call of duty when representing me in a complex custody case. Even when things got tough and I felt like throwing in the towel, he never lost hope and fought for my rights with unwavering determination.... I feel incredibly lucky to have found him and I truly believe he’s one of the “good guys”. Not only is he a brilliant lawyer with a wealth of knowledge, but he’s also a genuinely caring individual who puts the clients first. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a top-notch attorney that knows how to get the job done with compassion and skill.

Dimitry has been my family lawyer on 2 issues. One was a simple post judgement retirement issue that he took care of in short order. Although I could have easily taken care of that issue, I wanted to ensure he was able to deal with my second issue - a more complex custody issue and that we were a goo...d fit. When it came to strategy on the custody issue it was clear to me, he was not up to the task after I read a Declaration he wrote on my behalf (without first discussing it with me). Demitry initially talked a good game but sent me a nasty, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional email which apparently was supposed to urge me to “... get on board to his way of thinking or find another lawyer.” I found it extremely cowardly why he didn’t pick up the phone and discuss the issue in person rather than acting so immaturely. But when you look at how long he’s been licensed he is very green in complex family law as well as client management. Normally I like working with younger lawyers as they typically have imagination, collaborate with the client and has not been jaded by the judicial system. Demitry forgot who pays his bills. It won’t be me and like he said I’ll find another lawyer. Perhaps he should stick to personal injury.

He is the BEST attorney in my opinion! He was always straightforward when there were hard decisions to make, not scared to litigate, but also truly concerned with the best interest of my family and my kids. Nobody ever knows what the Judge is going to do, but Dimitry predicted everything to th...e tee. Everything he said was going to happen did. I trust with my family, and will always be my number one pick for my lawyer.
