I was referred to Jessica Blas at the Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider by a client of hers who was very satisfied with the exceptional job she had done for her relating to her divorce. I was already represented by an attorney in my divorce; however, I had concerns with my existing attorney over a la...ck of communication and important issues not being addressed. When I received the Marital Separation Agreement document by that attorney via email, I had further concerns. I decided to obtain a second opinion consult with Jessica Blas to review the Marital Settlement Agreement. I met with Ms. Blas and she went through the entire Marital Settlement Agreement with me, explaining the legal terminology, answering questions, and we discussed changes and additions that would benefit me that weren’t in the document drafted by my attorney. After the consult, I retained Jessica Blas to revise the Marital Settlement Agreement and to finalize my divorce, which included a buyout of my equity in the marital home by my husband, and a QDRO that was in process with a third party attorney. The MSA drafted by Ms. Blas was a masterpiece of legal expertise and knowledge. Subsequently, there were issues involving escrow instructions in the buyout, which Ms. Blas addressed immediately, and she had provisions written into the escrow instructions to protect my marital assets. Ms. Blas has facilitated the progression of the QDRO and she has kept me informed on any issues. Her level of professionalism, attention to detail, and knowledge of legal statutes and rulings is exceptional. She has worked hard to achieve the best outcome for me as her client and I would highly recommend Jessica Blas to any prospective clients.

Jessica was an excellent advisor and a strong force to be reckoned with in my custody move-away case, both in court and when dealing with the opposing counsel outside of court. She knows the law inside and out and was there every step of the way which led to a favorable outcome on my behalf .
