Bradley Brent Johnson

Brad Johnson is the founder and CEO at Everview, a boutique law firm serving clients on complex land use matters related to mining and construction materials; energy and natural resources; and development and real estate. Mr. Johnson advises clients at all project stages: initial project conception, real estate and resource acquisition, environmental review and permitting, and post-approval trial and appellate court challenges.

Mr. Johnson brings decades of specialized land use and natural resources business and legal expertise that covers every project stage including capitalization, development, due diligence, acquisition, permitting, operation, sales, reclamation, and final disposition.

Prior to founding Everview, Mr. Johnson was a Super Lawyer Rising Star and a Founding Partner at Harrison, Temblador, Hungerford & Johnson LLP, where he helped lead the firm in client permitting, reclamation, vested rights, and development matters. His strategic leadership and ability to successfully drive collaborative projects has earned him industry-wide recognition.

Mr. Johnson began his legal career at the Office of Governmental and Environmental Relations at the California Department of Conservation. Johnson is an honors graduate of the University of California, Davis and has a JD cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a California-licensed real estate broker and member of the California and Texas state bars.
