Sarah Anne Williams

Sarah Williamsrepresents clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters in state and federal court as well as in pre-litigation matters before state and administrative agencies. Mrs. Williams’ practice primarily focuses on defending employers against discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, violations of privacy, wage and hour claims and other employment related claims. Mrs. Williams also advises employers regarding workplace policies and procedures and counsels them on compliance with applicable federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.

Sarah A. Williams earned her Juris Doctorate at California Western School of Law. While attending law school, she interned for the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s office. Before entering law school, Sarah attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Additionally, Sarah studied abroad attending the American University of Paris & Sorbonne Université de Paris in 2003.
