It's either probation or jail. Which would be more against public policy? That's what I thought.

I don't think they have to provide a copy until ti goes to court but why would you sign a contact without having access to the entire document?

Just file to have them added. It is in the statute. See Cal Fam Code sec 6200 et seq.

It does not really matter what she spends. You can subpoena her tax returns, paystubs, etc.

Go to court. Tell them, if they don't believe you and order you to be on the court then you haven't done anything wrong.
