There are various debt collection attorneys. They usually charge at least 25% but most are more since it is generally contingent based.

continuances are generally heard via ex parte or stipulation by the parties. You can do them both to be heard in the same day as a motion though.

Get an attorney and get a DNA test. It doesn't matter why she got pregnant. Even if the relationship was illegal he would have to pay child support.

You can be required to pay child support at any time. The only requirement is that there be a child. You don't even have to be working.
