Guardianships are granted by the court and if someone has guardianship then you will live with them.

A reasonable time or as long as they allow. Some probations require it within a certain time like 24 hrs.

It applies any public street and even some private areas open to the public. The breathalyzers aren't completely accurate so you can fight it...

Until a divorce case is filed, both parties have equal rights to the children. There is nothing giving you the right or preventing you from doing it.

You can report it to the police for fraud and technically since it involved mail it is a federal offense. Also you could sue her for fraud and breach.
