Rhona Shelley Kauffman

I have been practicing law for almost thirty (30) years and I am just as passionate now as when I began in 1994. My experience for three decades in the legal arena has been extremely diverse based upon a wide variety of matters including civil litigation in Court and transactional (contract) preparation and disputes, business formation and consultation, corporate matters, and all real estate matters and purchase and sale in residential, including escrow and property disputes, quiet title and partition actions, purchase and sale agreements, Homeowner Association disputes, and estate planning and trust administration.

Originally from Los Angeles, I have been fortunate to be involved with some very high profile matters including the O.J. Simpson civil action in which we were successful in obtaining a civil judgment against O.J. Simpson in the Wrongful Death matter in Santa Monica, California. I was also involved in the successful representation of the Hot Air Balloon litigants and defended my clients successfully in various litigation matters as well as have brought claims on behalf of clients in the Superior Court of California. 

I am fortunate to receive the Top Lawyer Award from Palm Springs Life Magazine every year from 2014 through and including 2022 for Business Law and Real Estate Law .
