Adequate for routine issues
Jerome seems to be very intelligent and a competent attorney for routine issues but my case needed someone adept at protecting the assets involved from the other party while the matter was in the court system. In my opinion he has difficulty handling people who don't feel themselves bound by laws or ...

Replied last June 24, 2014While I appreciate the feedback, I strongly disagree with the comments. I believe I handled this matter competently and effectively. We were successful in all legal arguments advanced. Unfortunately, I believe "handling people who don't feel themselves bound by laws or general rules of society" in a manner satisfactory to the client would result in me engaging in unprofessional and/or unethical behavior. The financial losses suffered by this individual had nothing to do with my representation as I constantly advise my clients to be cautious investing funds into matters with little chance of success. Great lawyer with international expertise
Excellent attorney knowledgeable in international matters. Mr. Synold with his colleagues in Germany were able to successfully liquidate and distribute my Uncle's estate located in several countries in a timely manner.
