I am passionate about helping people resolve their problems and I pride myself in thinking outside of the box to secure a successful resolution. I believe in my clients, I treat them with respect, and I am honest with them.
I am an aggressive litigator with over 15 years’ experience in Trust and Estate Litigation. I won my first trial, a Trust Contest, in June of 2010, less than a year after passing the bar exam. Since then, I developed a passion for this area of law. In March of 2013, I joined the firm Albertson & Davidson, LLP and was promoted to Partner and Director of Litigation Operations in 2015. That same year, I branched out and opened the firm's Orange County location while also litigating cases throughout California. In December of 2021 I left Albertson & Davidson to assist in opening the Trust & Estate Litigation Department at Chhokar Law Group, PC.
I have handled all aspects of Trust and Estate matters (which includes Trust & Will Contests, Financial Elder Abuse, Breach of Fiduciary Duty Claims, Recovery of Trust / Estate Assets, Trust Administration & Accounting Disputes, Contested Conservatorships, Contested Probates, Trustee Disputes, Power of Attorney Disputes, etc.), from inception of a case through trial. I am strongly invested in each of my clients and vigorously fight to protect them and successfully resolve their matters. I have recovered millions on behalf of wronged beneficiaries and abused elders, ensured assets were protected from further theft, forced distributions to beneficiaries from overreaching Trustees, and have also successfully defended wrongfully accused Trustees.
Outside of law, I have many passions—the most important of which is my family. I cannot spend enough time with them. I am fiercely competitive, and as a Colorado native, I love rooting for our Broncos, the Avs, and my alma mater, the CU Buffs. I love a good sunset and things that make me laugh.

The best Trust Attorney in the Country
I hired Gian four years ago, in July 2020. She saved my home, which was left to me in my family's Trust, but a family member was trying to sell it out from under me. She fought like a lion, and won the case for us. She was always available; while kind and thoughtful, elegant and so well educated and ...
