Steffan Alexander Lazerow

I'm Steffan Alexander Lazerow, a business attorney and entrepreneur with a decade of legal experience under my belt. I regularly handle most of what businesses actually deal with: formation, contracts, IP, brand protection, employment matters, disputes, issues, compliance, and all the smaller legal questions that come up along the way.

What you get with me is someone who's built things too and is actively engaged in building new products or services, so I tend to think about your business from an entrepreneurs mind before I think about it from a legal perspective. No big-firm overhead, no billing games, no handing your matter off to a junior associate.

Background:

I earned my J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2016 and have spent the decade since practicing business law. I currently serve as outside counsel to a dozen active clients across several industries. In 2023, I was one of a small group invited to Upwork's Work Without Limits Executive Summit.
