I had to fight for my rights and nudge him to deliver my requests to the judge. Even though I brought my findings to him, it seemed that in some cases he wanted not to disclose that info. As I hired him to be my divorce lawyer, I felt that he also wanted what's best for the ex. I felt like I had a 3/...4 lawyer working for me and my ex had a lawyer 1-1/2 working for her. If mr. Merker wants to have compassion for his clients divorcing partners, he shouldn't be a divorce lawyer. I believe that had I hired my ex's lawyer the outcome would have been fair.

Hired this attorney and put my trust in him to represent me and my interests. I know he did not have my best interest in mind when he went with the opposing attorney's views. My monies could have been better spent and he failed representing me. I lost almost everything I hired him to fight for. A...fter many years of marriage I came out with very little in my favor and community property. My looses have changed the way I live. Your monies would be spent better some where else.
