I was in a situation where I needed expertise in the law, regarding a tenant being evicted without a real factual reason. This happens all the time but in this case, the tenant was disabled and battling more than one serious malady. Without any violation of the lease agreement, the renter was being e...victed. Then, as now, the rental for low-income tenants are few and far between and takes a considerable amount of time to find a new dwelling. Enough, we hold the highest respect for Mr. Dover in this situation and would not think twice to recommend him or his services relating to issues of this type.
