From what I can understand, you have to show that the judge was in error in an appeal, which is not going to be cheap, nor easy if possible at all.

A law suit is almost completely separate from any Medical Board discipline, and evidence from one case may or may not be admissible in the other...

It is diffcult to say, becuase you may very well have to put on a trial to prove your allegations, and maybe sue several defendants. Beware one...
