Unfortunately I recently went through the most traumatic and stressful situation in my life. Early this year I was accused of felony domestic violence with injury. Due to her initial conversation with police I was arrested after midnight and yanked out of my own home. We do not live together and I wa...s never able to give my side. This was literally a tug of war gone wrong. There were no punches, kicks, etc. After spending the night in jail I had court next week. Due to her words only when I showed up to court the public defender said I was facing 9 years. I almost threw up on the table. I knew then I needed a real lawyer. I found Victor on Google and after many interviews with a few attorneys I met with him in person. Right off the bat he listen to my story and believed I was innocent. He made me feel calmer in a very stressful situation. He told me right away I don’t believe she has any injuries. He also advised me what to do to help my situation in court. Each time we went to court you saw his expertise. My charges got less each time due to her lack of cooperation and story full of holes. My once felony of 9 years ended up being a misdemeanor with NO jail time or formal probation.
