Thomas Debenedetto

I came across Mr. Debenedetto's website and hired him back in 2011. I was dealing with a bi-lateral carpal tunnel problem and I had worked with my employer, the doctors they sent me to and their work comp insurance company for years. I had a couple of surgeries and did get some relief but as time wen...t on my condition seemed to worsen. My pain and numbness and tingling got so bad it became almost impossible for me to perform my job duties. The doctor that I was seeing told me that my condition was as good as it's gonna get and I would just have to live with the pain and issues and he didn't have much to offer me, he was very dismissive. This is when it got ugly, and I would also like to say, if you are reading this and you think that your employer and the insurance company care about you, you are wrong. I gave years of my life to this job and as long as I agreed with them everything was fine, they were nice and all that jazz. Once things got bad, they totally turned on me, at this point I realized I needed to seek representation for my case. At my first meeting with Mr Debenedetto he was very honest with me as what to expect, what not to expect and all possibilities in between, I liked this, he was upfront with me, very frank and to the point. To make a long story short, I am not able to do my job anymore due to my injuries and I finally settled my case and have moved on with my life. The sad thing is I truly believe if I did not hire him to fight for my rights I would have totally been taken advantage of by the insurance company. It is so sad that people like me put in years of dedication into their job and then the minute you are no longer valuable your employer will turn their back on you and the insurance company is worse.
