Taylor Stephan Baumann

Taylor is a native San Diegan raised in Poway, where he currently lives with his wife, children and three dogs.

As a fellow real estate investor and owner since before obtaining his law license, Taylor treats each client's portfolio with the same level of diligence and business acumen as he does his own. He takes great pride and enjoyment in his work, and it reflects in his clients' outcomes. His practice includes:

- Business and real estate transactions including drafting, reviewing and negotiating leases (industrial/shopping center/office/residential), purchase and sale agreements, asset purchase agreements, vendor contracts, CC&Rs, property management agreements, indemnity agreements, estoppel certificates, promissory notes/deeds of trust, license agreements and easements.

- Corporate business transactions including new entity formations (corporations, LLCs, and partnerships), amendments, stock purchase/buy-sell, dissolution agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

- Litigation, mediation and arbitration expertise in both plaintiff's and defense work for property owners/management and business owners, including numerous bench and jury trials in contract, title, and tort claims.

- Insurance negotiation and review, settlement of claims, and obtaining provision of defense.
