Suzanne Moree Yale

I am a fourth-generation San Diego lawyer.  I was born and raised in the East County area of San Diego County.  I graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2008 and joined the firm of Yale & Baumgarten, LLP that same year, where I am now a partner.  My practice focuses primarily on family law and estate planning, but I work closely with my partners Gene Yale (also my father) and David Baumgarten in their civil litigation matters as well.  I am proud to represent clients from all walks of life regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, age and socioeconomic status.

I received my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from UC Davis, where I was an All-American Candidate and first team All-Western Region softball player when my team won the NCAA Division II Softball National Championship in 2003.  I was also selected to the CoSida Academic All-District VIII Second Team that same year.  

I still play slow pitch softball for fun and am the Director of Women’s Player Operations for the America’s Finest City Softball League.  I got married last year and complicated my life by adding an additional 7 letters to my last name.  I spend the remainder of my time chasing after my adventurous 4-year old daughter and our two dogs.
