Biography
Spencer Lugash is a versatile professional with more than 10 years of business and legal experience. After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, Spencer went on to practice law in areas of health care, real estate & business. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker who has owned his own real estate company and served as in-house counsel and general counsel for a number of other real estate Brokerages and investment companies. Spencer has worked with Clients and Employers in handling a range of business, real estate and estate planning matters from simple negotiations to complex business formation and deal structuring. Currently, Spencer continues to represent individuals in real estate and business matters and to help them create wills & living trusts.
