Represented proponents of a ballot initiative proposing that all red-light cameras be removed from the City of Murrieta. The Riverside Superior Court removed the initiative from the ballot for the Nove ... mber 6, 2012, General Election. The Court of Appeal issued a unanimous 3-0 decision placing the initiative back on the ballot for the November 2012 General Election. On November 7, 2012 the electorate passed the initiative and in December 2012 all red-light cameras turned off.
