Thumbs down

Mr. Navarro has left me hanging on info up until the day of court. Then he would Rush all the info to me when he gets to court which would be an hour or so before court started. He was horrible with presenting me and my accomplishments. Didn't call no witnesses at trail. He kept saying to me " I'm he...re for you!" No he wasn't, he aloud my rights to get removed. My daughter has been adopted out. I've called, texted & emails with very very little response, or none at all. Thanks but NO THANKS!!! to Pablo Navarro.

Worst Attorney Ever Will NOT return calls or emails

My son has a CPS case 2019, his son fell 6-8ft off of a park playset and broke his arm. Hospital ER released my then 4 year old grandchild with Autism Spectrum Disorder to his father and home. CPS did a follow up and the Case worker created a false life for our family 98% her imagination, she did not... interview witnesses it was horrible. Juvenile court has what is called Absolute Immunity. This means in Juvenile court where you may or may not have a REAL judge, there is no jury and CPS is allowed to lie with No Accountability or Punishment. Seeing the insanity we said that we wanted to go to a real court and a trial there is NO ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY IN REAL COURT, IT IS CALLED PERJURY AND CPS WORKERS WHO LIE ARE NOT PROTECTED...Mr. Navarro did not do as we asked and our Nightmare gets worse at each court date where we are forced to sit silently as we are being shattered by the Terrorist group CPS (Google Terrorist Tactics) Mr. Navarro told us...Don't worry if I don't respond to calls or emails...I read all of the emails and listen to the messages. This attorney will not return calls...not even to other attorneys . He will show up at court meet with you 5 minutes before a hearing then not fight for you...not explain crap...you most likely will not be able to say anything during court and get fed a platter of bs after and still be clueless as your children are being held HOSTAGE by TERRORISTS called CPS. He definitely will NOT do his best to represent you. The lack of communication is unreal. If you experience this ask for another based on a broken line of communication that can NOT be fixed. Call his Supervisor...after 15 months this is next in our case as a last resort contacting his supervisor. We have a hearing coming up that is pretty serious and for families dealing with this from him...the behavior is NOT due to the Pandemic and COVID-19. This has been since 2019 with our family and is unacceptable. If you are assigned him...ask for a different attorney QUICK! And ask about Absolute Immunity and Juvenile court not having to follow the same rules and standards of a REAL court with a jury where you actually stand a chance but is more work for an attorney that is already doing the bare minimum on your behalf.

Will not return calls or fight for your kids

He is a new attorney assigned to me at court. I leave many, many phone messages and the only way I will get him to call back is to go through his supervisor. I was warned, Good Luck in getting him to return your call, they were right. He seems like he is always playing catching up and I will see wha...t he does for me and my children. I will see if he puts his words to use. I will post and review him again after the next dependency hearing.

well you can count on him to not call you back!

Pablo is my court appointed lawyer. I have tried on a number of occasions to tell him about the false police charges, lies, and broken rules of CWS and he has not said a word back!! I have lost jobs and my home because of this injustice and he just sits on his hands. I tried contacting his partners a...nd silence there too. If you want to lose everything he is the lawyer for you!!
