TRO Dismissal

If you find yourself in need of an attorney I highly recommend you hire Mr. Valencia! I was wrongly accused of harassment and I am certain I would have lost the case had I not hired him. He was very efficient, personable, knowledgeable and amazingly good at conveying the confusing terms used in the T...RO. Needless to say he got my case dismissed and now I can go back to my peaceful life.

GREAT SERVICE!

I fired my public defender because she never returned my calls. I hired Oscar Valencia and the difference was night and day. He actually cared about my case and was on my side from the beginning. Rather than pushing a plea deal down my throat (like the public defender did) Oscar actually took the tim...e to review my case and fought for me. Thank you OSCAR!

100% Would Recommend

I got into a minor physical altercation at work that escalated into getting felony charges filed against me. I almost lost my career because of everything that happened. If it wasn't for Mr. Valencia, I honestly believe I would have lost my case. I would 100% recommend this attorney to anyone in any ...kind of legal trouble

The worst lawyer ever!!!

He was so quick to try and make a deal, no real defense he is too old for this and he doesn't care if u have a serious case he can't handle the pressure!! Please don't waste your time or money on this man he is not for you I promise!! My Public Defender was way more helpful then him!! I'm warning yal...l!! This guy IS TERRIBLE!!!

Part of my job is to tell you the truth. You became upset when I told you that there was sufficient evidence to convict you of multiple rapes you committed and thus should settle your case to avoid a life sentence. You decided to go with the Public Defender and were convicted of all charges. Perhaps you should have taken my advice.
