Why five stars and not more? Because you can only select five. This review is more, the reason for this review. I read reviews and only write positive ones. If I were to leave a negative review, I would state the problem and offer a solution. But Michael and his team are professional and caring. They... asked me to resend documents, and as my mom used to say, that is a small problem. Easily corrected. I had a responsibility to follow up, and if that was the biggest concern, well, welcome to the real world. The solution is to resend and follow up. I judge a professional not by the mistakes but by how they fix them. As well as how well they communicate, which means two-way communication. I can honestly say that it was not any minor problems, but the willingness to correct with a professional attitude. I highly recommend Michael Reid and will put my name to my review. You are likely to be emotional and stressed when hiring an attorney, so if you find one who can put your mind at ease and consistently follow up, I was reassured. Michael gave a realistic time frame, and he was successful in my case.
