Case got terminated, how can I process with USCIS in filing I485? N I485 was submitted to USCIS before just to pay filing fee.

If you have a USCIS receipt for the case it sounds like it is proceeding normally with USCIS. You can call the Customer Service number to be sure.

the Judge will resolve this -- talk to your attorney. You will lose your H-4 anyways once the divorce is final so best to obtain another...

Yes absolutely this can come back against you as it is visa fraud if the concealed information was for the purpose of obtaining the visa.
