Under the green card lottery the only permitted derivatives are a spouse and minor children under 21 and they shoudl have been named on the lottery...

as long as you are gone less than 180 days then you have not broken continuous residence and all days physically present in the U.S. will count.

Possibly but would need to know the facts and circumstances of the renunciation, whether all taxes are current, etc. I agree you need an attorney.
