That should be fine. If not accurate,the visa can be annotated at the POE to reflect the new Petition ending date.

You would need to travel with both documents. The visa can only be replaced at a consulate.

as long as you were married before his 18th birthday he can immigrate prior to his 21st birthday and be fine.
