If she is a U.S. citizen, then yes you and she can file the paperwork for you to change status from B-1 to permanent resident.

that is the most logical visa -- they just need to show strong ties to Egypt and proof of short visit and then return.

I usually over disclose and add an Addendum if necessary to indicate you previously filed an I-129F for the same person and give the case number.

This means you passed your interview and they will be scheduling you for the ceremony to take the Oath to become a U.S. citizen.

You can't send her back but if you divorce her she will lose her H-4.
