Yes it will as you can cross-charge your case to Ecuador which is now current.

Immigration wise -- no. He is allowed to divorce his wife. An Indian family law attorney could order him to pay child support but not necessarily...

Can the father, withhold original birth certificate and social security card from the mother? He has not signed the birth cert.

Either get a family law attorney to fight this or just apply for a replacement birth certificate and replacement social security card.

As long as you have filed all taxes whether late or not and paid all taxes or are under a tax settlement agreement you can answer the question no.
