Upon hiring my office, extensive litigation ensued over the next three and a half years resulting in a determination of 100% industrial disability, the provision of a motorized wheelchair and wheelchair accessible van, lifetime home health aid at 24 hours per day, and authorized home modification. Ultimately the carrier settled at $3.75 million structuring up to $5.1 million over the injured worker's lifetime.
