Erika Rodriguez is dedicated to helping families, investors, businesses and professionals in all aspects of Immigration Law.
Erika is licensed to practice law both in Mexico and in the State of California. Erika received a Law Degree from the University of Guadalajara in 2005. She began her attorney career working for the Mexican Patents and Trademarks Office (Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial) for six years.
In 2008, Erika graduated as cum laude and obtained her Master’s Degree in Comparative Law from California Western School of Law. After finishing school Erika worked in a Civil Litigation firm for four and a half years.
In 2012, Erika was admitted as an attorney in the State of California in 2012. Upon being admitted, Erika chose to practice Immigration Law. Erika decided to practice Immigration Law because she wants help others who are immigrating to the United States. A process, Erika knows and experienced, after emigrating from Mexico in 2007.
Erika’s practice as immigration attorney is focused on Investor Visas and Employment Visas. However, she is experience in family sponsored petitions, immediate relative petitions, waivers (I-601 and I-601A), VAWA, U Visas, DACA’s, Citizenships and Naturalizations.
