I got my DUI in San Diego. As I am an out of towner I didn't know who to call. When I hired Mr. Friis I didn't know what to expect. Erik Friis was there to explain the whole court process ...from beginning to end and is still helping me with advise with my situation. After been accused of petty theft I searched for a lawyer to help me in my case. After meeting with Erik Friis' law firm, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. He was very straight forward and honest with me about the severity of the crime and what the possible punishment would be without... a lawyer and what he would do if I chose to have him represent me. I can honestly say that I couldn't have been happier with the turn out of my case. He fought for me very thoroughly and persistently. In the end I was only responsible for a small fine and a book and release with a very informal 1 yr probation with the chance to erase the misdemeanor from my record as long as I abide the law (which I will).
