He provided sound advice when further legal fighting would have been throwing good money at bad, even to the point that he advised when the case was to the point I could handle it myself with him available to assist in order to stop the financial bleeding. Important-he treated me with respect while being completely honest. Finally, everytime we discussed the issues he communicated from a place of integrity, always giving advice that included a fully honest approach even as the other side slung mud and untruths, and I think it enhanced the outcome. I interviewed other lawyers before I came to Eric. During my interview with him, I readily sensed he was the one for me. Young, knowledgeable, and aggressive, he effectively counseled me on options for my situation. He encouraged me to do a lot of the compilation of financial status for both parties ...involved in the divorce as a cost saving measure. When my ex-wife hired a much more experienced lawyer shortly before the first court date, Eric successfully pleaded the case before the judge and the divorce was awarded. When my ex-wife's lawyer refused to meet to negotiate on financial matters as directed by the judge, Eric successfully rebutted all of his allegations and threats to the point that my ex-wife eventually realized the folly of her choice in representation and terminated him. Eric then prepared a way ahead that was acceptable to my ex-wife and the case was concluded successfully. Eric also connected me to and consulted with other lawyers who were specialized in enacting the allocation of property and other resources. I cannot say enough good things about his handling of my case. Finally, compared to all other lawyers I interviewed and my ex-wif's lawyer, Eric' rates were very reasonable.
