I am writing regarding Dan Schneiderman with The Law Offices of Daniel Schneiderman. I have had the pleasure of working with Dan on two separate occasions. Dan represented my minor son a few years ago and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge of the law as well as his kindness and attention to p...ersonal detail and relationships. Throughout my case, Attorney Schneiderman had kept me informed of how my case was proceeding, what I needed to be concerned about, some potential draw backs, but most importantly he kept me informed as to what and where my case was at the time. I presented my case to Daniel Schneiderman, and he reviewed all options with me. He was realistic and informative as to my legal rights. I asked him to proceed forward on my behalf, and I was immediately being taken care of in all the details of the case. He and his staff gathered all information nee...ded and informed me every inch of the way as to the progress and time table of my case. I felt taken care of....his secretary was wonderful and always insured great communication between myself and Daniel. If I had a question for him, she made sure I talked with him in a timely manner. She made sure I understood all forms and did so much over the phone for me so that I needn't make a long drive into the corporate office. Daniel was never hard to reach. I talked with him personally any time I had a question. He returned my calls promptly and treated my case with all respect and professionalism. I honestly felt that he gave me all sides legally and then left decisions up to me in the end. He advised me but did not dictate to me. He helped me understand how the court system works and how past practices and cases similar to mine turned out. He was so very patient and helpful despite working in a large corporation which, I'm sure, puts pressure on the lawyers and aides and secretaries for quick resolutions. Yet I felt secure in the fact that he understood my particular case and was doing his very best for me. He is very bright and insightful along with a personable personality which encourages trust both ways between client and lawyer. I would sum up by saying that I was 100% satisfied with Daniel's work on my behalf. I was very pleased every step of the way and felt so comfortable in his competence. We settled out of court, and I understood why we did that. I was more than happy with my compensation in my case. Daniel was responsible for pushing that envelope for me which resulted in a better settlement than I could have hoped for. I recommend Daniel Schneiderman very, very highly. This is LONG overdue! I was in a severe car accident back in June 2013. My boyfriend and I came to Dan and though the process took a while, we were both satisfied. It was worth the wait! Daniel is a great lawyer and worked extremely hard to execute on our case. Daniel was extremely responsive to us during the process and did an amazing job explaining the implications of complex laws and statutes pertaining to our case.
