So grateful

My only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner as he was the second attorney I used in my divorce proceedings. Chris is so thorough and knowledgeable. The request for information he asks for sometimes made me feel like it is over the top, but when it came to the mandatory settlement conference, I f...inally understood the method to his madness as he walked all over opposing counsel because of his preparation. It was obvious they were ill prepared and no match for Chris’s strategy. The exhibits and case law that he presented were so abundant that they didn’t have anything to counter, had no push back, and accepted our offer. As far as billing, every month I would get a detailed accounting of the work he would put in on my case, matching the accounting I had recorded, which made me trust he wasn’t padding the bills like most attorneys do. I am so grateful I found him and would give him as many stars as they would allow me to give. I would recommend him to anyone wanting sound advice, reasonable fees, and a very well prepared attorney on your side.

A lawyer with high level of expertise and integrity

Going through separation and divorce is one of the most stressful and painful experiences in one's life. When I was facing this ordeal alone in 2019, all I wanted was finding a trustworthy, reliable lawyer as soon as possible. I was lucky that Mr. Christopher C. Happ was recommended to me at that... point. After I retained him as my lawyer, what he has done to represent me responsibly from start to finish in my case, to communicate efficiently with the judges and court clerks, to explain the tangled situation and complex procedure patiently to me, to argue for my best benefits...all has proved him an excellent and highly reliable lawyer. Mr. Happ suggested me to avoid some unnecessary procedure. He worked efficiently and often finished writing emails and documents in short time. Less time means less cost for clients. So, he helped me save service fees and legal costs. With Mr. Happ's guidance and help, the separation and divorce were settled in 2021 May relatively smoothly. I am satisfied with the result.
