Ben is a relatively new lawyer, and I hired Ben on a Referral, and through my own thorough research. Ben showed up on the day of my hearing completely unprepared, didn't object to anything,and did not present half of the evidence I had, and the evidence he did put forth, was done unprofessionally, ...and without care. When he had his opportunity to discredit the accusation the judge just shut him down, because he had not presented any evidence prior. This guy is a complete amateur. From start to finish, every step of the way was a disaster, and my hunch that this guy was sleeping on the job was true. His knowledge of the law is intermediate, he's lazy, and his office, and paralegal office organizational,and presentation skills, are about on par with a third grader. By the looks of it, it looks like most if not all of his good reviews are from his law school friends, and fraternity friends from college. Do not hire this guy, you have been warned.
