Hired the "law firm" for a DUI case, I showed up for my court date but my lawyer didn't in December 2021 ( I still have no idea who my lawyer even is ), I was told at court no charges were filied , when I called my "lawyer" they said they were there but I already left but that the D.A. has upto a yea...r to file?? I'm still waiting on my DMV hearing as well even though I recieved a letter from CHP stating they dropped the DUI charge to a detainment only but my "lawyer" says that means nothing to the DMV? I was told my case was being handled for $2000 total , well today they took another $750 from my account that I did not authorize because its an extra charge since it's been so long of them "working" on my case!! So now in month 6 and i still have no idea what's going on

We paid upfront the full amount for the lawyers charge. It’s been a year since the arrest and haven’t heard back with solid results just a loophole. Save your money and don’t come here. When I did have my court date no one showed up (it was on a holiday) when I called told them I was outside of the c...ourt since I was told I needed to be present, the lawyer said oh we’re outside too, and I said I’m literally outside and the court is closed. He tried to put it off that I didn’t need to be there. That was October of last year. Since then I’ve been calling and calling and I never get a cal back. It’s frustrating. I just want this to be closed it would make sense for them to want me to stop calling them nonstop. I call every week now and still nothing good has come out. I called so much that someone finally gave me a call back and said they would go to court to see if the charges were dismissed, and I would get a call back by Monday the 21st of last month. And it’s already been 3 weeks, and i haven’t heard anything from them. It’s frustrating becuse you get a lawyer to help you out and it ends up being a nightmare. I’m just stressed and worried that this has just become a bigger issue. Don’t come here. They’re unprofessional, rude, and never call back.

Awful experience. Do not I repeat do not go to them save your money. So I reached out to them because at the time I didn't have much money for attorney and they offer a good deal to represent me. So I talked to this guy name isaac and convince me to go to pretrial because I have kids and I didn't wa...nt anything to happen to them, meaning I didn't want the state to take them. He also convinced me we can fight this. Well after 4,000 in, which now I'm paying more than any lawyer. They did not call me about my case and keep me in the loop. Isaac only called me for money and when I try to call him he never answered or called me back. One time he called me talking crap because they didn't tell me they were taking 500 dollars more from my account so I dispute it. It didn't have there name on the transaction. Top that off the lawyer they hire to represent them told me the whole time they were basically playing me. He said isaac and them just wanted to take the pea the whole time. So all the crap isaac was telling me a lie so I can spend that amount of money on a pea which I could of got from a public attorney. Scam artists please save your money.

El dia 28 de Octubre able a la Oficina de estos abogados para que reprecentaran a mi esposo el dia 8de Noviembre nunca se presentaron aun cuando ya se les abia hecho un pago de 1,500 unos dias antes me llamo el abogado para ver si podia haser otro pago de 3,000 ahi fue donde algo no cuadraba se supon...e q el resto seria en pagos ..y pues no me equivoque no hicieron nada. Les estube marcando un sin numero de veces mandando mensajes correos para que me regresaran mi dinero hasta hoy no me an devuelto mi dinero .he puesto una queja en la BBB ...

I called with some pretty ugly criminal charges related to my son. He spoke to me and educated me on how the charges had to be proved. So overall, and instantly I felt good about it and his price was reasonable. I’m a long way from my son but feel confident Attorney Cabellos will do a good job for us....
