I fight insurance companies, government entities, businesses and individuals in order to obtain justice for my clients.  My job is to obtain fair compensation for those who have suffered harm due to the conduct of others.  I focus on serious injuries, employment issues and business disputes. 

I have helped local businesses when they have been harmed due to unfair business practices of their competitors.  I also have substantial experience protecting clients from fraud and theft of trade secrets and confidential information.  I advise employers and employees on hiring practices, wage and hour laws, discrimination and harassment. 

General contractors, subcontractors, and property owners have used my experience in construction law to help them with purchase orders, contracts, license issues, payment problems, liens and bonds, and OSHA compliance.

Prior to my legal career, I was a Marine helicoper pilot. I was an aircraft commander and leader of multi-aircraft flights.  I led combat missions in Anbar and Najaf Provinces in Iraq in 2004-2005, which included casualty evacuations to hospitals in Baghdad and transport of troops and prisoners.  I was also an instructor of other pilots on how to fly with night vision goggles.
