Perfect Eviction Lawyer in San Diego, CA

Worth any penny. Daniel Marshall is the best eviction lawyer in town. He did exactly what he promised. I would trust him in heartbeat. She violated lease contract all the way from smoking inside premises to bringing her criminals friends to live. Very satisfied client

I had a nightmare tenant that didn’t pay rent for five months during that time she bought a new car, she was constantly texting me harassing me. I tried to evict her myself but the judge dismissed the case because she said I was missing two forms. I decided I needed to hire a lawyer, I told my daug...hter this. My daughter researched eviction lawyers and found Mr. Daniel Marshall had many great reviews, she told me to hire him so I did. We won our case!

Our case started in July of last year during the middle of the COVID-19 lock down. The tenants breached the lease by subletting. During this difficult time Mr. Marshall navigated a difficult and changing legal situation thru an eviction in March.
