Call the prosecutor's office if you want to go to court so bad.
Got "failure to pay" ticket for $40 from Ace Parking in San Diego. Was in Disabled spot with valid placard properly displayed.

Appeal the case, but don't blow it off as the fines tend to increase over time once payment is delinquent.
