Daniel Robert Forde

Mr. Forde is an avid golfer and surfer. He is licensed to practice in the state of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts. Mr. Forde is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Forde serves on the Real Estate Finance Oversight Committee for the City of La Mesa, California. Mr. Forde is Co-Chair of the Community Service Executive Committee for the Real Property Section of the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Forde is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with experience in residential and commercial real estate.

Mr. Forde previously worked as an associate with the firm of Robbins Umeda, LLP concentrating his practice in the litigation of corporate merger actions, complex class actions and securites fraud and shareholder derivative actions. At Robbins Umeda, LLP, Mr. Forde litigated and argued cases on behalf of shareholders throughout California and the United States. 

Now a partner of Hoffman & Forde, Attorneys at Law, Mr. Forde represents clients in all aspects of business planning and operations. His experience, technical knowledge and professional judgement enable him to advise and support his clients in accomplishing their objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
