I agree with my colleagues. You need to have an immigration attorney look at your case and your documents. You may be a J-1 overstay at this point...

On a B2 Visa and my I-94 expires after 2 weeks. If I apply for extension and it is rejected after the I94 expires, is visa void

You can apply for an extension but I don't recommend jeopardizing your visa. Have you met with an immigration attorney to discuss options?

Sounds like you are ineligible for bond and relief because of prior deportation. Also, if convicted of an aggravated felony under immigration law...
