Bryn Christopher Spradling

I practice general business and corporate law as well as real estate law, focusing on contractual arrangements in business transactions, representing both individuals and entities.

In the corporate law arena, my practice areas include individual and corporate business transactions and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. I have experience in entity selection and formation of corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, intellectual property/ technology strategy and licensing, documenting essential early relationships, buy/sell arrangements between shareholders and other business partners, noncompetition and non-solicitation arrangements.

In addition, I have a broad range of experience with general transactional matters including intellectual property licensing and real property acquisitions and sales, both residential and commercial, commercial property leasing and planning for succession or control of closely-held businesses.
