Ms. Sbranti was an incredible help for a landlord/tenant case that I had a few months back. I had some renter issues with my previous landlord earlier this year. He refused to acknowledge any correspondence that my prior roommates or I sent to him regarding our security deposit. After nearly a month ...of no communication we got a hold of Ms. Sbranti. She immediately made contact with our landlord and within a week we had our full deposit back plus additional funds. She was extremely professional, timely and proved to be very successful.
