William Kiyoshi Browning

William K. Browning is a Shareholder in the San Diego office of Klinedinst PC. For the past 15 years, Mr. Browning has been representing California clients in all phases of employment litigation. Mr. Browning has successfully litigated and resolved all types of disputes in the employment context including: claims of wrongful termination, discrimination on the basis of sex, race, age, religion and national origin, retaliation, defamation, whistle blower claims, sexual harassment, wage & hour claims, unfair competition, trade secrets, privacy violations, and the host of other liability issues facing employers. Prior to joining Klinedinst, he managed his own private law practice for ten years, with a focus on Employment Litigation, Risk Analysis, Business and General Litigation.

In addition to his litigation work. Mr. Browning routinely provides proactive counseling to clients on a wide range of employment issues to keep his clients out of court in the first place. His other experience includes Insurance Coverage Analysis, ADA Building Compliance Law and Healthcare Law. In virtually all litigation matters, Mr. Browning has a "debrief" with clients after the case to examine the issues giving rise to the litigation and how clients can avoid such issues going forward. He is active in the San Diego County Bar Association, and admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
