I have a misdemeanor warrant for my arrest in Alaska. Will I get arrested if I try and fly out of state?

Probably not. As far as I am aware, the TSA does not search for misdemeanor warrants.

When i was arrested i was never booked or fingerprinted its has been over a year n now i got a letter says i have to go get done

If you bailed out, you were booked. Make sure to go to court on the day specified or you will have another warrant for your arrest.
