That's up to the judge. But if you have valid reasons for your failures and your P.O. is on your side, you should have no worries.

He needs to work this out with his parole agent. He can file a grievance.

If you pick up a second dui your license will be able to get a restricted license after a minimum 12 month suspension. Work furlough will probably...
