We have chosen their team because I love what I heard the first time we do the teleconference (yes, I told them that they don’t need to come personally to meet us in Bakersfield, CA as at that time we are still in the process of selecting who would be representing us - although their team offered upf...ront that they wanted to meet us personally). Their main office is in San Diego, CA but distance didn’t hindered or delayed any of the process. They controlled everything from the go time when we endorsed our case to them. Assuring us not to worry about the case and concentrate on my wife and family’s recovery. Atty. Tim responded very promptly on our inquiries even on his personal / vacation time and never leaves us hanging in the air. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and feeling starting with the first time I met with Mr. Scott. My case was not an easy one and very complicated in certain areas. For instance Other lawyers said be prepared for a 10 to 20 year sentence regardless of what had been put in my vehicle with...out my knowledge. All I can say is he did everything he said he would do and more. I was given a sentence of time served and probation which is basically unheard of in the circumstances. When Mr. Scott walks into the court room you can feel and see the respect that is given to him which give me great feeling and confidence as well.
