I provide legal services to Intended Parents and surrogates; intended parents and egg donors; recipients and embryo donors; and recipients and sperm donors in the State of California. I draft surrogacy , egg donation, sperm donation, and embryo donation agreements. I also prepare the court pleadings, etc. for parental establishment proceedings in surrogacy arrangements so that the Intended Parents' name are recorded on the original birth certificate of their child(ren) upon birth.

Currently, I will take selected litigation cases such as contract disputes, personal injury claims, labor law disputes, and landlord-tenant matters. Over the years as my third party assisted reproduction practice went from zero to 90% of my practice, my civil litigation practice diminished to the point that I can be selective with regards to the cases that I do take.
