Samuel Lynn is an experienced trial-attorney in both California and Maryland state and federal matters. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict, and achieved highly favorable results for his clients.
Born in Arizona but raised in Germany, Samuel attended the University of Maryland on a full academic scholarship for his undergraduate work, and then the Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC for law school. Immediately after graduating, Samuel was hired by Ashcraft & Gerel, a large plaintiff's firm based in Washington, DC, where he eventually became a partner. While working for Ashcraft & Gerel, Samuel obtained several mutli-million dollar verdicts in trial, successfully argued numerous appellate cases, and was eventually named one of the "Top Trial Lawyers" in 2015 by The National Trial Lawyers.
Looking for a new challenge (and some better weather) Samuel moved to California in 2017, where he joined Arendsen Cane Molnar, LLP as a senior trial attorney.
